Lockhart Strata Management was named after Lockhart Street in Como, where the director was living when the vision of starting a strata management business was born. The vision was to create a company that provides competent, honest, reliable, and transparent services to schemes of all sizes across Perth. Incorporated - July 2023
Lockhart Strata Management Pty Ltd was incorporated in July 2023, began advertising to the public in September 2023, and onboarded its first client in October 2023. Since then, Lockhart Strata has grown substantially and is honoured to offer strata management services to schemes of all sizes across Perth.
40 Schemes Managed - March 2025
In the first 12 months of incorporation, Lockhart Strata grew to manage 20 smaller strata schemes, ranging in size from 4 to 12 lots. The focus quickly shifted to medium and larger schemes, while still delivering the highest level of service to smaller clients who entrusted Lockhart as their strata manager.
