Sales Contract Documents

Lockhart will assist developers with the required documentation for their sales contracts, such as the proposed budget, levy schedules, and management agreement. We can also assist or provide suggestions regarding the scheme by-laws.

First Annual General Meeting

Lockhart will work with the developer to finalise the first AGM, set up the required services and contracts for the scheme to run smoothly, and address any outstanding items before being handed over to the owners at the next AGM.

No Lock-in Contracts

Lockhart offers a 12-month contract term. This ensures that the new owners have the flexibility to choose another manager if they wish. The Owners are not locked into a 3 or 5-year contract by a developer who is no longer associated with the scheme.
